Background

A software engineer requested a logo for his team at Google (Sparta) that could be used in multiple web components within Google’s internal portals and help boost morale.

Challenge

Design a logo / icon of a spartan helmet that can legible and clear at a small and large scale.

solution

The gold and red minimalist spartan helmet emits a strong and clear message of solidity and is enjoyed amongst the Sparta team and fellow colleagues within Google.
